What kinds of products do you supply - generic medicines or branded pills?
We sell both types. You can find our Branded pills with 'Brand' tag and all generic medicines with 'Generic' tag.
What is the difference between Branded and Generic pills?
Generic medicines are manufactured and sold without being patent protected. All generic drugs include exactly the same active components as branded medicines, but instead of brand name they are recognized by chemical structure name. Any generic pills must contain all the same active ingredients as it banded prototype. Generics are equal to famous branded medicines regarding their safety, dosage, efficiency, power and intended purpose.
How can you explain that generic medicines have different colors, packing and sizes? Why do their product names differentiate from original brand pills?
All medical components of generic drugs are absolutely the same as in branded ones. Their printed names must be different from branded drugs, because all brands are copyrighted and protected by law. That is why all generic medicines can be distinguished by the name of the main active component printed on the drug.
How come that all generic medicines are less expensive than famous brands?
When some company develops new product and presents it on the market they protect their invention by patent. Since they invested lots of money in researches they sell it absolutely exclusively for 17 years according to the law in order to get back their investments and research new efficient medicines. After that time is expired any other medical company can do application to relevant controlling organization and get right to sell generic analogues. Of course they don't need to do costly investment in researches so they can decrease prices for their products.
Do generic medicines have lower quality than branded ones?
Quality of all generic pills can not be different from original branded drugs because their active ingredients are absolutely the same as used in branded ones. All their characteristics are exactly the same and the only difference can be in their appearance: sizes, shapes or color of pills.
Is there any difference of fabrication standards for generic and branded medicines?
Medical companies can not alter production standards for any drugs and they are regularly inspected by relevant authorities. Since all ingredients of generics are the same as in branded drugs they must follow same fabrication standards.
What is the difference between Regular and Soft pills?
When you take regular pills they are absorbed slower than soft drugs which dissolve in your mouth. So soft drugs begin to work faster than regular ones. You can also consume alcohol if you use soft medicines while it is not recommended to drink before taking regular pills since their efficiency can be decreased.
Do all these medicines have approval from FDA?
All supplied drugs have approval of Indian FDA and we ship or products from that country.
How do you pack your medicines?
All our drugs are enveloped in blister pack and since we appreciate your right for the privacy you can find only your name and you address on the package without any additional details about content.
Payment Option and Order Processing
What are the payment options that you provide?
We do accept all major cards including VISA, VISA electron, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, Dinners Club. Other payment options are eChecks and Wire Transfers.
When do you charge my credit card?
Upon order placement the whole cost of your order will be put on hold. All the money stays on you card account but you can not spend this sum. As soon as we ship your purchase we charge you account.
Do you allow any order cancellation?
You can easily cancel your order if it wasn't approved yet. In order to find out more details about our policy of cancellation you should check terms of shipment.

Do you provide international shipments?
Yes, we send our products internationally.
What services do you use to ship orders and what is the delivery time?
As shipment options we can offer reliable EMS and Airmail. Regular package delivery by Airmail takes from 15 to 22 days if you if you have tracking id, if you don't it can take up to 7 more days. Please check out our shipping terms prior to placing order.
Can I use tracking number to follow my shipment and how can I receive one?
For any shipped order we provide tracking id that is sent directly to your e-mail after shipment confirmation.
Is there any difference in tracking numbers for EMS and Airmail types of delivery?
With EMS tracking number you can actually follow your order online in 4 days after package was shipped. Airmail tracking number can be used only if package was delivered or at least there was attempt of delivery to your address. Mostly it is used by our company for order delivery confirmation.
How can I find appropriate website for tracking my order?
Websites addresses can vary depending on destination country and you always can find appropriate website address for you country in your order confirmation email.
What should I do in case of delay at customs?
If for some reason your package stuck at customs we do our best and ship new package on own expenses. If you don't have enough time to wait for new delivery we can return all money to you account.
What should I do in case something is missing in package?
Sometimes we split orders in two shipments so most probably you would receive second shipment with other items in several days. If something is really missing we would investigate this case and reship these items as soon as possible.
